Critical Feedback Form

Woosuk and I have filled out a feedback form regarding each others blogs and websites. This is the feedback I have received.




I agree on the fact that my blog does not reflect my progression route in terms of layout and I will work on that, however the blog's name includes the word "News" suggesting journalism or media.





 I did complete research and started working on my article and posted it on my blog. I think Woosuk misunderstood the blog for the website


 I am missing an introduction for the major project, which I am working on at the moment. The introduction will be displayed in the gallery page above the major project. The website does not look welcoming perhaps because of the lack of the introduction and images, however the website of a journalist should not be as eye-catching as an architecture or photography website. My article will have photographs that I shot and edited.

Last Tuesday, scrolling down my Instagram feed, I see Prada posting on Instagram a series of videos titled as Multiple Views in chapters from 1-5. These short films were created to showcase the Spring/Summer 2021 collection in a technologic and surreal way, how Miuccia Prada sees the world today- her vision for the "post-pandemic fashion market" (Madsen, 2020). Chapter 4 - Prada Multiple View Spring/Summer 2021 Chapter 4 was a obvious response to the world of today. Models were placed in different seating rows inside the theater due to social distancing with screens, mobiles, and virtual realty everywhere. Sequential photography made by me (individually)

My initial ideas on this task were to create a set of sequential images that had a deeper meaning compared to the set we created as classwork. I came up with the idea to shoot a set of sequential images whilst giving money to a man in need. I decided to place the action of giving the money halfway through the images because I wanted to create a sort of narrative within the images. In this way, I was able to show the difference in the man's expression before having the money and after having the money. As you can see below, I drew a storyboard sketch to demonstrate my initial idea.  I would like to introduce a new friend I just met, his name is Andrei and he is from Moscow. This is his second time enrolling in DMU since he studied English last year. He is 22 years old and  his progression route will be Film making. He enjoys watching movies and playing games on the computer. He chose Film Studies because he wishes to work in the Film industry, and is greatly inspired by Steven Spielberg.
